Step 01

Thorough Health Assessment

Come and see me at my consulting rooms in Central Hove (or online). We will have 50 minutes together to review all your symptoms, medical history, and really dive deeply in to all aspects of your health. We will discuss your energy levels, sleep, diet, exercise, work, stress, mood and sex drive. All of this is vital for me to get a really good picture of you, your symptoms and your health.

Full screening blood test

Testosterone is a vital male hormone and is crucial to maintain physical, sexual and psychological health in men. If your testosterone levels are low, you could be suffering from a range of significant symptoms and Testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) treatment could be suitable for you.

During your first appointment with me I will take a blood sample. This consists of a tailored set of tests that I have handpicked to look in detail at your hormonal and physical health.

Of course, I am interested in your hormone and testosterone levels, but I also want to understand other aspects of your health such as cholesterol and blood sugar levels. I also check your prostate, kidney and liver as these are all relevant especially if you are going to start testosterone replacement therapy.

Step 03

Starting TRT Treatment

As soon as the results are back I will contact you. Together we will decide on a plan. If testosterone replacement therapy could benefit you, we will consider treatment options. This could be using testosterone gels, injections or tablets. The TRT treatment plan will be individual to you and can start immediately.

£150 per follow-up

+£150 per monitoring blood test

Step 04

Monitoring and continued care

It is really important that anyone on TRT has close monitoring and regular medical reviews. You will have a review appointment and a blood test 8 weeks after starting treatment and then every 6 months. I will check your progress in terms of symptoms and also make sure that you are safely monitored to avoid any adverse effects. TRT is not a “one size fits all”. treatment. We may need to change dose or type of TRT as we progress.
